Delivery of goods

Goods are delivered by Registered Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at support@saveonfags.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.

Delivering time

The average delivery time to the European Union is 1 - 2 weeks and to other countries the average delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks. In some very rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages.

Shipping price

The shipping price is €7.95 for one parcel.

Shipping info

All orders are shipped within 72 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Mail only.

Guarantee

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty, let us know and we'll give you a return instructions. Cancellation of order

In case you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any reason within 6 hours, please email us at support@saveonfags.com asking to cancel your order.
